Banksian Cockatoo Sub

I believe I have finally figured out how to dye the center of the feather but not the tips without doing any damage to the barbs and it is perminent. Many of my earlier attempts (with airbrush) were not colorfast. This method is. Click HERE to see a closer look. My goal wasn't to copy a Female Banksian tail feather but to maximize the orange to yellow transition with black barring found in the very small sweet spot on the real McCoy.
Update: Yes, they are back in stock. John has been busy refining the process for dying these tri-colored subs.
