Floss Burnisher

It's a Bass Wood, Clay Modelers tool, 8 inches long. I've sanded, steel wooled then buffed them by hand to make the working portion as smooth as a babies bottom.

They are designed to smooth out slight fiber misalignment. It won't smooth out or correct a bad or lumpy floss body. You have to start with a good job then make it better.
