Half Bronze Chinese Schlappin is a perfect choice for Spey Cock Hackle. Whether it is for framing or fishing this is the ideal hackle for certain Spey type flies. As you can see in the picture above it is mixed Rich Brown and Metallic Black. You will get a 4" (measured along the string) section of 8" to 10" long schlappin . Although slightly smaller this is very similar to Rooster Coque but due to it's finer texture and thinner rachis  it is easier to use not to mention less expensive.
