Mottled Peacock Wing

Mottled Peacock Secondary Wing Quill. I don't tell you that I'll sell you a pair of 12-14 inch feathers. It's the barb length that counts. These are very nice. Both in quality and barb length.
The main complaint about PW is the generally short barb length. In a married wing I'll use it as the bottom slip as it is usually the shortest of the main wing components.
This particular batch is very nice. It is the best I've seen both in quality and length in quite a while. They are not exact match from the same bird but as close as I can get them in size and color/pattern.
In my opinion the following is a rough guide as measured against the Harrison Bartleet hooks I sell:
Less than 2" can wing up to a HB 2/0
2" Is 2" up to 2 1/4" and should fit up to a HB 3/0 or 4/0
2 1/4" (and longer) should fit up to a HB 4/0
I have a very few pair that are 2 1/2" If you are interested contact John@FeathersMc.com
See the various barb length and price below.
