I hate to do this but due to the amount of paper work now and the fact I must take them to the Post Office, ALL orders to be sent outside the US must include this $10 service charge. This is over and above the standard shipping fee of $7. As of this date - November 1, 2010 Failure to include this will simply delay your purchase and cause me extra work.
