Scarlet Macaw Under Wing Flats

The underwing covert. Concave rather than convex on the front side. The are a little unusual but are spectacularly pretty. I know of no pattern from the golder era that called for them but one shouldn't be bound by that. I think they would make really unusual underwings for an Artistic Style fly. Most will be in the 6/0 hook range.
